TalkToSong, a service of SSN and Companies LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. TalkToSong works by phone call or by talking in the app (hold-to-talk).

Sharing your information

We do not sell or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We use trusted service providers (such as our payment processor and AI voice and music providers) solely to operate TalkToSong, and only to the extent necessary to deliver our service. If you opt in, we send a one-time text with your Listen link through Twilio. We do not send marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information we collect

  • Your name and phone number, provided when you call, talk in the app to create a song, or complete an online purchase
  • The content of your conversation with our AI voice agent during your phone call or in-app session
  • Email address, if you create an account or sign in — used for account access only, not to email your finished song
  • Payment information, processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves

How we use your information

  • To write and generate your custom song
  • To deliver your finished song by text message (SMS Listen link) and on the Listen page / in your Library
  • To process payment for your order and to manage your account sign-in
  • To respond if you contact us with a question

AI voice agent and recording

When you call TalkToSong or talk in the app, your conversation is handled by an automated AI voice agent, not a human. The phone call or in-app session may be recorded. The recording and the conversation are processed by our service providers — including our voice-agent provider and its AI model providers — solely to create and deliver your song and to operate and improve our service. This operational processing is separate from marketing. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

AI conversation

TalkToSong uses an automated AI voice, not a human — whether you call or hold-to-talk in the app. The conversation may be recorded and processed by our voice and music providers solely to write, record, and deliver your song and to operate our service. We do not use that conversation to send you marketing texts.

Data retention

We retain order records, including your phone number and song details, for as long as necessary to provide our service and maintain business records.
