Terms of Service

By calling TalkToSong, using the app, or purchasing a song, you agree to the following terms. TalkToSong is a service of SSN and Companies LLC.

Our service

TalkToSong creates custom songs based on a phone call or an in-app conversation. You (or the person redeeming a gift code) speak with an automated AI voice — not a human — which gathers details used to write and record an original song. The song plays on the Listen page, can be saved to your Library, and may also be delivered by text message.

Ordering and payment

Songs may be purchased online or redeemed using a code provided on a TalkToSong gift card. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Gift codes

Gift codes are 6-digit numbers. Older TTS- codes still redeem. Codes do not expire and carry no fees. Each code is valid for one redemption and cannot be reused once a song has been delivered. Lost codes cannot be recovered or reissued.

Delivery

Songs typically appear on the Listen page within several minutes of you finishing the conversation, and can be saved to your Library. When you opt in, we also text an SMS Listen link (Message and data rates may apply). Delivery times may vary depending on system demand. Email is used for account sign-in only — we do not email your finished song.

Refunds

All purchases are final. Once a code is issued — whether through an online purchase or a gift card — it does not expire and remains valid for redemption at any time; we do not issue refunds for codes that go unused.

Each song is created individually based on the details shared during your conversation (phone call or in-app talk), using AI-based creative interpretation. While we aim for an authentic result that reflects the story you share, creative and artistic choices — including melody, tone, and delivery — are ultimately made by the AI system, and we cannot guarantee the final song will match every personal expectation. For this reason, completed songs are not eligible for refund.

If a technical failure on our end prevents your song from being generated or delivered after payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

AI-generated content

Your song is created using AI-based tools based on the details you share during your phone call or in-app conversation.

Ownership and use

Once delivered, your song is yours to keep, share, and enjoy personally. We store the MP3s in your Talk To Song library indefinitely until you delete them. TalkToSong retains no ownership claim over your finished song.

Limitation of liability

TalkToSong is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
